Step 1— Completion and submission of the online application with supporting documents and application fee.
PLEASE NOTE: When creating an account, please select the Entering Year 2020-2020 and the SUMMER TERM GRADE LEVEL from the dropdown menu. For example, for a child rising to 2nd grade next school year, select ST-2nd. Selection of the incorrect grade level will take you to the school year application, rather than the Summer Term Application.
First CREATE AN ACCOUNT HERE. To submit the application, simply click the Fill Out button and complete the application form. Once submitted, you will receive an email with a confirmation of your submission and a copy of your application for your records. You will be assigned an admissions checklist that will help you to track your progress through our application process.
- A completed admissions file includes the following required documentation for a student to be considered at Rawson Saunders Summer Term:
- The submitted application and application fee.
- Two Teacher Insights Forms. These electronic forms can be sent directly to the teachers from the online system once your admissions checklist has been assigned.
Step 2—Parent and Student Campus Tour
The Admissions Committee reviews each completed file and invites qualifying students and their parents to meet the admissions staff and tour the campus.
Step 3—Admissions Decision
The admissions committee carefully reviews each candidate's file following their campus tour. Additional information may be requested from parents/guardians. The admissions office will notify parents/guardians by email of the decision. Those wishing to accept an offer of admission will then submit enrollment paperwork and a deposit to secure a spot in Summer Term.
