Lunch

Dear Parents and Staff,

Barnison Catering is happy to serve Rawson Saunders with nutritious lunches that include daily vegetarian/vegan and gluten-free options. We are also a nut-free kitchen. All meals are served in compostable to-go containers and utensils are individually wrapped. 

We believe that good nutrition is an essential tool to a better education. We don't make health food, we make healthy food that kids want to eat. The quality and integrity of our food is what makes Barnison so special. All meals are handcrafted fresh each day, down to making the pizza dough by hand and hand forming our hamburgers from local, grass-fed, wagyu beef.

At Barnison, we believe strongly in supporting our community by using only the best local, sustainable, and organic ingredients. We began our food career as farmers in the Austin area, so we understand the importance and dedication it takes to grow good food. We shop the farmer’s markets weekly for the majority of our fruits and vegetables that we serve. What we can’t obtain at the markets, we purchase from Central Market, Whole Foods, Go Texan products, and other organic sources. The quality of the products we use are what makes us stand out from other programs. We are committed to the farm to school philosophy and work tirelessly to ensure our students receive the best possible quality lunches.

Barnison Catering is also environmentally conscious and uses only green cleaning products, recyclable or compostable paper products, and composts all possible kitchen waste. Additionally, all cookware is non-coated and made of natural materials.

Please note that placement of lunch orders and any cancellations/refunds must be done at least 48 hours in advance.
